Grandpa Wang forged hoses in 20 century, he told his children, quality is first principle.

     "Water stops fire, and hoses stop disaster," he said, testing seams with his teeth 60 years ago. His canvas-lined tubes saved many families during fires and floods.

    Father Lin took over in 1990, adding machines, but keeping human checking in last step. "Machines make uniform hoses," he told customers "but our hands make reliable ones." Machines made our products cheaper and customers won in many markets, and quality is our first principle.

    Gardens, farmers, and construction workers use our hoses to do irigation and construction, our products help them a lot in lifes.

    Lin, 32 now, runs the factory with million machines—but retains all experienced workers. Some customers asked, "Why do not use machines to replace high labor cost?”"Because," Lin smiles, "machine could not be responsible for our product quality, hose is important for lives.”
